Delivery and Charges

Delivery Commitment to You:

We will deliver all in-stock seating items for all orders received by 12.30pm (Monday to Friday) on a next day delivery service to anywhere within the UK Mainland excluding the Highlands and Islands.

We work closely with our manfacturers to ensure that a minimum of 96% of all products sold from our website are in stock and ready for delivery. On occasion there will be items that are temporarily out of stock.

If you place an order with us and it is temporarily out of stock we will contact you within 24 hours and provide an estimated date for delivery of the product(s) ordered or offer you an alternative in stock product for next day delivery. If neither of these options are suitable we will provide you with a full refund.

Some chairs will be delivered in a flat pack and some assembly will be required. Full assembly instructions will be included with each pack.

Delivery Charges:

Prices quoted on the Office Chairs Showroom website include FREE DELIVERY for orders of 5 or more chairs (not including accessories) to anywhere within the UK Mainland excluding the Highlands and Islands.

A delivery charge of £9.95 per order will be charged for all orders of less than 5 chairs to one UK destination excluding the Highlands and Islands.

For deliveries outside this area and overnight deliveries where requested, a carriage charge will be levied.
